Well… everytime we go out lookin, we always seem to fall back to the soggy bottom ranch.

We have pretty much decided that this is what we really want to do. So we’re looking to sell both our houses, to aquire this great peice of propery. We are all really excited about it, and we have tons of ideas hitting us left and right for it.

We want to dig out a pond (of course we’re gonna look into getting a ranch backo tractor) right where the creek runs through, then we’d use the fill dirt, to raise the road where the driveway in would be…

Remember that these are winter photos. So usually, everything would be snowy white! But spring and autumn are gorgeous here. Especially when all the Aspen turn firey gold like in this photo.

Plot Map

Right down the center of the 2 creeks, is a bit too wet to build on (Soggy Bottom), but it would be great to have about 5 houses on each side. That is where the tree lines are, and a bit higher ground.
